Dr. Carvalho has been my optometrist since I was much younger than what I am today (at least for 16+ years) and I have never been let down when it comes to even needing an emergency pair of contacts on hand in the office.. All associates have also been amazing and I find work very well together with the Doctor especially when it comes to an urgent situation whether it be finances, emergency pair of contacts, scheduling around a busy lifestyle, etc. They even emailed me my prescription that was from last year immediately which was sooooo convenient... I just wanted to leave a massive shout out to Dr. Neil Carvalho and Associates and I really hope to never lose you guys!! Thanks a million!

I was early to my appointment. There was one person leaving shortly after I arrived. At the time of the appointment, I was the only client there and was still taking in a few minutes late. Socializing seemed to take priority. Overall the appointment was good, no issues.

LOVE LOVE LOVE......Dr. Carvalho.....I have been going to him for years and have followed his practice from Markham to Oshawa and will follow where ever he goes....Very Professional and very caring. The office always work around my schedule. Highly Recommend.

Very quick yet thorough. Everything was explained. The lady at the front desk and the optometrist were very nice and offered suggestions and assistance with product.

I had to go in for a second opinion, Dr. Patel was the one who examined me - she was really really good! She was friendly and gave me peace of mind with the eye results. She explained clearly what we were looking at with the eye scan.

Dr. Patel is great. So thorough and informative. Dr. Patel is so friendly. My children and I will definitely continue to see Dr. Patel at subsequent visits.
